We are looking for a Field Assistant to join our Cimsa Americas Team!

As Field Assistant at Cimsa Americas you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and completing daily duties, including; Preparing pallets, Preparing top hatches and filters for PD car (railway car) operations, Re-wrapping cement pallets, Performing industrial cleaning
• Communicating with CCR operators to understand and operate machinery from the field
• Coordinating with forklift operators for smooth dispatch operations involving box trucks and flatbed trucks
• Coordinating silo truck operations in the field and communicating with the shipping office when necessary
• Promoting and maintaining an environmentally compliant and safety-oriented plant in accordance with OSHA and company standards
• Ensuring adherence to plant rules of conduct and health & safety protocols during operations and maintenance to minimize injuries and lost time incidents
• Participating in weekly safety meetings and providing feedback on unsafe conditions or equipment issues
• Performing additional duties as assigned

• Basic operational skills and aptitude,

• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
