Çimsa Academy

Çimsa Academy is an online training platform that we opened for all our employees in 2021. All employees have 24/7 access to Çimsa Academy’s training content not only on the web but also on all digital platforms.

The purpose of Çimsa Academy is to provide our employees with a development center that includes all kinds of training from personal and professional development to information technologies and well-being.

In addition to the Çimsa Academy activities which emerged in line with technical development needs, we continue to support our employees with Foreign Language Support programmes to improve their foreign language skills, as well as domestic and international technical visits and training programmes

Development Plans

The purpose of Çimsa development activities is to identify areas where our employees need to improve their competencies, knowledge, and skills. We aim to improve the performance of employees and Çimsa and make it sustainable by working on these areas.

At Çimsa, we take a holistic approach to development and offer various development opportunities in line with the needs and talents of our employees.

Development activities range from rotations, project work, different experience opportunities, and training programmes, and are determined and implemented guided by many factors such as Çimsa’s strategies, the employee’s individual qualifications, and the outputs of the performance management system following a process in which the employees actively participate.

We plan annual development programmes for employees in this context.
