We are looking for Mechanical Maintenance Planning Leader to join our Maintenance Planning Department at Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

As a member of Maintenance Planning team at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning and execution of mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Managing the implementation of maintenance strategies and planning systems to optimize equipment lifecycle.
  •  Overseeing mechanical maintenance schedules and ensuring the completion of maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  •  Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture within the maintenance team.
  •  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall plant performance.
  •  Managing spare parts and inventory to ensure the availability of essential components for maintenance tasks.
  •  Using SAP and MS Office tools for planning and reporting on maintenance activities.
  •  Ensuring a continuous improvement process by identifying and implementing best practices in maintenance planning.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably a Master’s degree in a relevant field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, mechanical systems, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
  •  Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Eskişehir.
