We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to take part in the optimization and development of our production processes at ÇİMSA Mersin cement factory.

As a member of engineering team at Çimsa Mersin factory you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating process control data and optimizing processes,
• Developing and maintaining processes using statistics and materials science,
• As a process developer, accompanying the entire production process from beginning to end,
• To ensure the optimization and sustainability of processes,
• Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and presentations to the relevant department managers.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Graduated from Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering departments,
• Previous experience at least 2 year in mass production, especially cement production,
• Knowledge about production performance indicators (KPI) systematic,
• Good verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills,
• Willing to share the vision of process excellence,
• Experienced in Root Cause Analysis; have an understanding of process development and efficiency,
• Advanced knowledge of computer literacy, MS Office, MS Project, Autocad and SAP,
• Advanced problem solving skills,
• No travel restrictions.
• Located in Mersin.
