We are looking for Talent Management Specialist/Executive to be assigned with the Talent Management processes.
As Talent Management Specialist/Executive at Çimsa, you will be;
- Directly reporting to Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager,
- Planning and implementing succession planning process, following up action plans,
- Preparation and updating of HR procedures related to Talent Management,
- Supporting HR data analytics projects and being a partner of organizational development system integrations regarding employee data analytics,
- Implementation of the Performance Management system,
- Driving process improvement initiatives to help scale existing processes for a growing organization,
- Updating the organizational charts.
This is the opportunity for you if you have the following skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in industrial engineering, business, or HR related field,
- A minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management field, preferably with a previous experience in a global organization,
- Experienced in performance and organizational development activities and projects,
- Business acumen, well organized and able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively,
- Super-excellent communicator skills,
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications,
- Outstanding proficiency in verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
