We are looking for an “R&D Engineer” to be assigned to our R&D Center in Mersin Factory Directorate of our company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering,
- Preferably with a master degree in a related field,
- Minimum a year of experience in cement sector,
- Growth mindset,
- Fluent in English,
- Preferably with knowledge of SAP, good use of MS Office programs.
As R&D Engineer at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the laboratory, pilot and industrial scale production processes of the projects are planned and implemented,
- Following, developing and applying low carbon emission cement/concrete production technologies,
- By realizing joint projects that will contribute to the company’s knowledge, contributing to the company’s strategies with project studies in this context,
- Preparing papers for domestic and international organizations and journals in order to increase the recognition of company products and practices,
- Supporting the processes of writing the papers and representing the company in domestic/foreign symposiums and fairs,
- Analyzing the monthly quality analysis reports by working in coordination with the quality department.
