We are looking for R&D Support and Incentive Executive to join our R&D Department at Çimsa.

As R&D Support and Incentive Executive team at Çimsa, you will be responsible for;

  • Identify and develop new projects and research topics to align company vision, national and international knowledge, and current technological developments.
  • Within the scope of Law No. 5746 On Support Of Research And Development Activities, preparing the necessary activity reports for the R&D Center, following up on compliance with the legislation and changes, taking the required actions within the company,
  • Ensuring the coordination of the relations of the R&D center with the relevant institutions and other official authorities,
  • Monthly control of R&D Center requirements (pm, tracking of time spent outside of the system, project duration)
  • Calculating the costs of R&D Projects and budget follow-up (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
  • Investment incentive document follow-up and coordination
  • Determination and following annual budget plans
  • Preparation of all files required for the annual R&D amounts and sharing them with the CPA
  • Following the national and international regulations and legislations related to R&D Incentives,
  • R&D and investment incentive document follow-up and coordination
  • Ensure the protection of intellectual property rights that arise from the results of the research and development efforts.
  • Conducting Patent / Utility Model analyses and researches related to R&D activities and making applications to relevant offices
  • Participating in national or international congresses and symposiums when necessary or contributing with articles.
  • Developing the R&D ecosystem (R&D companies, universities, research centers, Public Institutions, others), bringing together the necessary expertise, ensuring cooperation and communication,
  • Following national and international project calls and creating university / industry collaborations
  • R&D, National and international project process follow-up

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Graduate (Bachelor Degree / Master Degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience is required
  • Being pro-active, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Extensive knowledge of International and National Project Application Process Management, Patents and Utility Models,
  • Strong and effective team player,
  • Business acumen,
  • Proficiency in innovative and conceptual thinking.
