We are looking for a Quality Leader who will be responsible for increasing the stability and efficiency of the production process and improving the product quality in a way that creates value for the customers, at Afyon factory.
As a member of engineering team at Çimsa you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that clinker and cement production is carried out within the framework of the determined EN and ASTM quality standards and in accordance with customer expectations,
- Ensuring and improve the stability of the production process and product by making analyzes affecting the production process and product quality,
- Ensuring the continuity of the work of process-laboratory automation systems,
- Ensuring the sustainability of 5S activities in the quality laboratory,
- Carrying out process and quality improvement studies by using 6 Sigma systematics effectively,
- Carrying out the necessary studies to participate as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, TS EN 197-2 Cement Conformity Assessment,
- Carrying out and maintaining international product certification and inspection processes.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Graduated from Chemical Engineering departments,
- Preferrebly have Master Degree in related field,
- At least 5 years of experience in production, quality and raw materials in the cement sector,
- Trained on Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditor,
- Advanced level of English,
- Able to use MS Office applications,
- Troubleshooting competency,
- Residing or able to reside in Mersin or Afyon.
