We are looking for an “Production Leader” who will be responsible for overseeing the production of CAC clinker in our factory in Mersin and managing the production operation teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Electronical Engineering, Mining Engineering departments of universities,

• Preferably holds a master’s degree in relevant fields,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cement or iron and steel industry,

• Knowledgeable about occupational health and safety practices,

• Capable of team management with strong problem-solving skills,

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office programs,

• Proficient in English,

• Residing or able to reside in Mersin/Adana,

• Knowledgeable in Lean 6 Sigma, 5S, and statistical analysis,

• Able to establish effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,

• Result-oriented with proficient management skills.

Job Description:

• Ensuring the production of clinker and cement within specified quality standards and meeting customer expectations,

• Ensuring comprehensive implementation of occupational health and safety practices in the designated area,

• Ensuring the quantitative accuracy of input and output in production activities,

• Making and monitoring the budget for the designated area,

• Ensuring the continuity of operations with regards to raw materials, environment, occupational health and safety, and quality leadership,

• Organizing alternative raw material and alternative fuel studies within the scope of sustainability in collaboration with relevant departments,

• Organizing production and maintenance activities according to S&OP studies,

• Leading continuous improvement activities and 5S projects for the relevant facility,

• Identifying the investment needs of the designated facility and organizing the necessary activities,

• Monitoring and reporting the KPIs of the designated facility, conducting activities to increase operational efficiency and improve KPIs,

• Providing leadership to the assigned team and ensuring effective management of the team,

• Managing subcontractors and processing their payments,

• Conducting Root Cause Analyses of customer complaints and non-conformities, and ensuring the implementation of necessary actions.
