We are looking for a Process Development Leader to carry out the central management of our Production Process development processes in our plants at Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
This position will be located preferably in Eskişehir. Secondary location might be Mersin.

As Process Development Leader at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:
- Planning the training of Process Development Engineers,
- To control the KPIs of Process Development Engineers,
- Determining improvement projects with factories,
- Controlling gap analysis of monthly calorie and energy KPIs,
- Controlling the group operational results report,
- Making regular process audits in factories,
- Carrying out studies to increase the use of alternative fuels & raw materials,
- To carry out innovative research and applications in processes,
- Controlling root cause analyzes and FMEAs,
- Responsible for the operation of the tech-up system.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering,
- A minimum four years of experience in production processes in cement sector,
- Knowledge of process excellence,
- Experienced in people management,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, preferably SAP.
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset,
- Communication and scheduling skills.
