We are looking for a Payroll and Industrial Relations Executive to join ourHR Analytics and Services Department at Çimsa Çimento San. Ve Tic. A.Ş.
As a member of HR Analytics and Services team at Çimsa you will be responsible for:
- Management of the payroll team and monitoring all processes.
- Ensuring that all payroll processes for employees are completed accurately and on time, updating the payroll program in accordance with regulations and legal changes.
- Facilitating official correspondence and legal notifications (Social Security Institution, Turkish Employment Agency, etc.).
- Preparation of financial and accounting reports.
- Ensuring financial integration for month-end closing processes.
- Tracking legal proceedings and conducting necessary calculations.
- Updating and monitoring procedures in compliance with legislation in Human Resources (labor relations) responsibilities.
- Implementation and management of disciplinary processes.
- Planning the annual employee budget and monthly tracking.
- Coordinating the personnel processes of overseas terminals.
- Handle all other tasks related to payroll and operational processes.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Graduated from Economics & Administrative Sciences or Engineering disciplines (Industrial Engineering),
- At least 6 years of experience in payroll and R&D Payroll, team management experience is a plus,
- Capable of writing procedures in processes related to labor relations responsibilities,
- Advanced level of English,
- Able to use SAP,
- Excellent at MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical reasoning, and reporting skills.
- Able to travel abroad when necessary,
