We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Leader to take part in the optimization and development of our production processes at ÇİMSA Mersin cement factory.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Graduated from Mechanical Engineering,
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or maintenance planning at cement or heavy industry,
  • Proficient in Predictive / Preventative Maintenance,
  • Advanced organizational skills,
  • Effective problem solving skills,
  • Experienced in team management,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Knowing how to use SAP modules,
  • Those who are/will be residing in Mersin.

As a member of engineering team at Çimsa you will be responsible for:

  • To create mechanical periodic maintenance plans for the equipment in the area she/he is responsible for, to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are carried out in the planning of revision activities,
  • Updating maintenance plans for existing equipment,
  • Determining the needs for the materials required for maintenance activities and ensuring that the material is supplied in the desired specifications,
  • Taking part in the preparation of the maintenance budget of the area he is responsible for,
  • To make effective use of 6 Sigma systematics,
  • Preparing investment feasibility for the area he is responsible for, preparing technical specifications,
  • To prepare statistical reports showing maintenance performances,
  • To assist and support the operation teams in the field works by providing theoretical and practical training on their expertise when necessary,
  • To prepare and provide internal and external technical trainings according to the current needs in the knowledge-skill matrix.
