We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Planning Engineer to be assigned within our Mersin factory.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer , you will be responsible for:
- To carry out maintenance and repair activities in the planning of daily, weekly, monthly and revision activities of the equipment under his/her responsibility,
- Preparing maintenance instructions and maintenance plan for the mechanical parts of new equipment and defining them to the SAP system,
- Updating maintenance plans for existing equipment when necessary,
- Organizing the problem solving meeting regarding unplanned stops and problems and following the actions taken,
- Preparing posture programs in unit stops,
- To make effective use of 6 Sigma systematics,
- To report near misses and risky situations, to carry out the necessary studies and controls to eliminate the incoming notifications and risks,
- Preparing statistical reports showing maintenance performances.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
- Having knowledge of Maintenance and Maintenance planning systematics,
- Knowledge of the cement process,
- Fluent in English,
- Professional working competence in MS Office programs,
- Able to use SAP.
