We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Logistics Team at Çimsa.

You will be responsible for the effective implementation and development of our logistics processes in our Eskişehir factory.

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out all shipment operations in the factory within the scope of customer and supplier logistics activities.
• Ensuring the implementation of logistics procedures and instructions, and controlling their effectiveness.
• Ensuring that operational processes are carried out on time, with quality, and through optimal cost analysis.
• Conducting logistics operational efficiency and cost improvement studies.
• Managing stock and shipment operations.
• Participating in and contributing to logistics projects.
• Working in coordination with other departments.
• Managing supplier and subcontractor processes.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and qualifications:

• Graduated from the undergraduate departments of universities, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Logistics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics and stock management.
• Strong planning, reporting, and analysis skills.
• Able to manage time well.
• Proficient in using SAP and MS Office programs.
• Good level of English.
• No travel restrictions.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Eskişehir.
