We are looking for Investor Relations Executive who will be responsible for managing the relationship between Çimsa and its stakeholders and will act as a partner with the Çimsa’s upper management and finance team to craft and execute effective communication plans that showcase the Çimsa’s performance and growth prospects to investors.

As Investor Relations Executive at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies that enhance investor confidence and belief in the Çimsa’s “transforming to global building materials player” vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
  • Manage relationships with equity research analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders, providing them with accurate and timely information about the company’s performance, strategies, and growth prospects.
  • Oversee and manage quarterly earnings calls and conferences, ensuring smooth execution, accurate messaging, and effective engagement with the investment community.
  • Utilize financial modelling techniques and valuation methods commonly used by analysts and investors to provide comprehensive analysis and insights into the company’s financial performance.
  • Cooperation and alignment with sustainability teams for integrated reporting in accordance with Çimsa’s agenda within the scope of sustainability roadmap, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) rating processes.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and responsiveness to investor inquiries.
  • Plan and execute investor events, roadshows, and conferences, showcasing the company’s sustainable practices, growth potential, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, and positioning across all stakeholder materials; especially for website.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field,
  • MBA or CFA designation will be preferred,
  • Strong background in finance and business and excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Have Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating licenses is a must,
  • Have a good command of the Capital Markets Legislation and other relevant legislations,
  • A minimum 7 years of experience in investor relations at a publicly traded company, preferably with a previous experience in an industrials company,
  • Experienced in financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors,
  • Have excellent knowledge in financial statement analysis, capital markets and IFRS Reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial and technical information into clear and compelling messages for various audiences,
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks is highly desirable,
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines,
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills,
  • Outstanding proficiency in written and spoken English.
