Information Technologies Specialist 

We are looking for Information Technologies Specialist to join our Digital Technologies Department at Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

As IT Specialist at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

• Monitor and troubleshoot errors in existing systems and networks, take necessary actions for resolution,

• Continuously monitor the system status,

• Understand and proactively approach technology users’ problems,

• Execute server installation and maintenance processes,

• Assist other colleagues and department employees in technical issues and problem-solving,

• Manage processes in Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory structure,

• Ensure the backup, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications for uninterrupted service,

• Monitor server resources, perform optimizations, carry out patch management, and conduct performance improvements,

• Coordinate and follow up on troubleshooting with third-party service providers in infrastructure systems,

• Provide support, coordination, and guidance within the team when necessary,

• Complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,

• At least 5 years of experience in the field,

• Experienced in Microsoft server systems (Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policies, Exchange, Office 365, Wsus, etc.), Linux servers, and client operating systems,

• Proficient in server virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V) for installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting,

• Knowledgeable in server/system monitoring,

• Experienced in backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis, etc.),

• Proficient in Antivirus Programs, Firewall systems, and Cybersecurity,

• Experienced in networking (Switches, Access Points),

• Knowledgeable in SCCM, Intune, and similar management tools,

• Possesses problem-solving skills to determine the cause of technological issues,

• Preferably holds relevant certifications (SCCM, Intune, O365 Adm., Azure Adm., ITIL, etc.),

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

• Strong communication skills, research-oriented, and team player,

• Capable of preparing technical documents and delivering presentations,

• Responsible, proactive, capable of analyzing and evaluating risks, and strong in communication,

• Strong in reporting and feedback skills,

• Proficient in English,

• Team player,

• Holds a valid driver’s license (Class B) and capable of active vehicle usage,

• No travel restrictions,
