We are looking for “Financial Control Executive” to join our Finance&Financial Relations Team at Çimsa.

As Financial Control Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring and controlling the accuracy of accounting data entered in financial systems and providing financial reporting outputs in line with company policy.
• Consolidating financial data of business units and external affiliates in the USA and Europe, reporting by making periodic KPI follow-ups.
• Taking active role in financial controlling processes of Cimsa Americas
• Taking active role in month-end closing activities according to the IFRS and prepare consolidation of foreign affiliates companies and create reports to shareholder company, monthly and quarterly
• Preparing quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and disclosures in accordance with IFRS quarterly,
• Participating Sabancı Holding Group Reporting procedures,
• Preparing budget and estimated figures with other departments, tracking variable and fixed costs, conducting root cause analysis for budget and actual figures, detailing CAPEX planning, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
• Ensuring continuity of information flow on legal, administrative, and operational issues, and supporting affiliates in resolving issues.
• Preparing Treasury Reports and participating in all audit processes, including the preparation of tax returns.
• Monitoring and controlling cash flows, credit risk processes, and financial risk processes.
• Coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors,
• Contributing to IT SAP projects and leading workflow improvement projects.
• Supporting management with P&L-focused projects and contributing to company strategies and business models.
• Managing resources for projects developed to improve external affiliates’ workflows.

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Business Management, preferably master degree in relevant to finance-relates field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions,
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience in one of Big Four Audit Companies or in IFRS reporting teams of multinational companies is an asset,
• Knowledge of IFRS is a must,
• Experienced in consolidation is an asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
• SAP user experience will be a plus,
• Business Modelling and Action List follow-up experience,
• Communication skills are strong, results-focused, and organized.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
