We are looking for Field HR Business Partner to be assigned with the all HR processes at our Eskişehir factory.
As Field HR Business Partner at Çimsa, you will be;
- Directly reporting to Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager,
- Executing blue collar recruitment activities,
- Preparing and monitoring the onboarding plan for newly hired candidates,
- Timely and complete planning, execution, and monitoring of the Performance Management process,
- Tracking daily attendance records and monitoring annual and other leaves at the responsible factories,
- Organizing internal and external training sessions for factory personnel and recording training records on HRWEB,
- Coordination and management of the process for departmental or unit changes, location changes, and all other modifications,
- Conducting exit interviews,
- Conceiving and implementing HR projects in areas where the company needs,
- Conducting site visits, maintaining continuous communication with both white-collar and blue-collar personnel to gather feedback,
- Monitoring high school and university internship processes,
- Maintaining continuous communication with the blue-collar union.
This is the opportunity for you if you have the following skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in business management or HR related field,
- A minimum 4 years of experience in HR Business Partner field, preferably with an industry company,
- Experienced in communicating with governmental institutions, (SGK, İskur etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Business acumen, well organized and able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively,
- Super-excellent communicator skills,
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications,
- Good at verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
