We are looking for Data Governance Executive to join our team and lead data governance initiatives that ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across the organization.

As Data Governance Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data governance framework, policies, and procedures to secure and manage data effectively
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from IT, data engineering, legal, and business units,
  • Ensuring the organization’s data is accurately handled and utilized.
  • Defining and monitoring data quality metrics (KPIs) and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations to continuously improve data quality.
  • Ensuring organizational data practices adhere to relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, KVKK) and industry standards.
  • Maintaining updated metadata documentation, such as data dictionaries and business glossaries, to promote consistent data usage throughout the organization.
  • Conducting regular data audits and create reports to evaluate adherence to governance standards, data quality, and security measures.
  • Providing educational sessions, workshops, and ongoing support to stakeholders to promote data governance principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
