We are looking for Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist to join our Human Resources Department at Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

As Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing salary increases, reward management, job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits processes.
  • Improving reporting processes,
  • Preparing and analyzing market data comparisons,
  • Revising salary bands according to salary policies,
  • Designs and develops compensation policies,
  • Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports,
  • Preparing the company’s personnel budget, controlling actual-budget data,
  • Play an active role in HR projects within the organization,
  • Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives,
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree,
  • Min. 5 years of experience,
  • Experienced in HAY Group System,
  • Experienced in remuneration, bonus systems and job evaluation,
  • High analysis and reporting skills,
  • SAP HR knowledge is a plus,
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
