We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our Çimsa Adriatico Team!

As Technical Supervisor at Çimsa Adriatico you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the technical team & organising their work-shifts,
  • Coordinating vessel discharging activities as terminal representative & organizing the vessel discharging plan,
  • Conducting discharging operation of bulk materials from vessels using Van Aalst discharging pump,
  • Loading/unloading bagged materials to/from trucks using forklifts,
  • Supervising loading of bulk materials into silo-trucks,
  • Planning production of bagged materials & conducting relevant operations (included, at need, usage of bagging/palletizing machine),
  • Operating forklifts and arranging for rotation/movement of stock materials within the warehouse in order to optimise its layout/collection,
  • Inventory management and monitoring stock ageing: recording in SAP stocks entries/usage & production movements,
  • Verifying/coordinating the maintenance activities of all plants and machinerie,
  • Preparing & implementing maintenance programs according to Company’s policies/procedures in order to prevent technical faults and ensure efficiency,
  • Monitoring the periodical update of all maintenance registers & company’s fulfilment of mandatory controls,
  • Keeping control of a list of critical spare parts for maintenance purposes & prompting purchase of needed materials/parts in order to avoid standstills,
  • Responsible on site for all aspects related to health & safety at work.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Graduated from High Schools,
  • At least 10 years of experience,
  • Have Forklift Operator Certificate,
  • Computer literate with good at MS Office (Excel,Word),
  • Fluent in Italian and English,
  • Having Health & Safety Certificate is a plus.
