We are looking for a Sales Executive  to join our Çimsa Germany Team!

As Sales Executive at Çimsa Germany Team you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a defined international sales region,
  • Planning, implementation and control of sales strategies (full-cycle sales),
  • Analysis, evaluation and penetration of target sales markets,
  • Identifying of and reaching out to new markets and customers,
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relations in the relevant region,
  • Providing commercial and technical support for existing customers,
  • Cost and price calculations and preparation of quotations,
  • Development of measures to optimize delivery logistics,
  • Preparation of all reporting and sales market analysis presentations,
  • Report the sales results to the manager regularly,
  • Follow up & complete all documental and operational work of the clients,
  • Search and maintain contact with the international related sector exhibitions,
  • Managing general sales and marketing processes and activities.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales related positions,
  • Having experience in building materials sector,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Good communication skills and ability to express yourself,
  • Structured, self-responsible and result-oriented way of working,
  • Sovereign negotiating style and negotiating skills,
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility,
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting,
  • Organisational talent and assertiveness,
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills,
  • High level of initiative,
  • Residency and work permits in Germany are mandatory.
