We are looking for a Human Resources (New Graduate) to join our Cimsa Cementos Espana Team!

As Human Resources (New Graduate) at Cimsa Cementos Espana you will be responsible for:

  • Taking an active role in processes of recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits, succession planning and internal comminucation of related subsidiaries,
  • Providing strategic consultancy as a generalist for all subjects related with HR,
  • Understanding and aligning with business needs, teaming up with business functions perfectly,
  • Supporting internal communication for healthy information flow within the company,
  • Following up HR budgets, norm headcounts and HR KPI’s,
  • Preparing adhoc report requests from other departments.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, International Relations etc.
  • New graduate or maximum 2 year of professional HR experience,
  • Very good level of English and Spanish,
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office and SAP applications,
  • High energy levels and self-motivation,
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills,
  • Teamwork with a self-starter mentality,
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Candidates should already possess valid residence and work permits for employment within the country.
