We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Çimsa Cement Germany Team!

As Financial Controller at Çimsa Cement Germany you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring and controlling the accuracy of accounting data entered in the financial systems and providing financial reporting outputs in line with company policy,
  • Creating budget and estimated figures together with other departments and tracking variable and fixed costs, root cause analysis for budget and actual figures, detailing CAPEX planning and cash flow, etc.
  • Analyzing product profitability, sales performance, cash forecasts and related management reports,
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and reporting them to the head office and other relevant departments,
  • Supporting the Global Finance Director with strategic and operational planning and implementation,
  • Making Treasury Reports,
  • Being involved in all audit processes and preparation of tax returns,
  • Getting involved and leading in IT SAP projects,
  • Supporting management with P&L focused projects.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
  • More than 3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Controlling in a multinational company,
  • Audit experience in Big Four audit companies is a plus,
  • Having experience in IFRS and German GAAP,
  • Having experience in SAP, (is preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills,
  • High level of energy and self motivation,
  • Native level of German is a must,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Residency and work permits in Germany are mandatory.
