We are looking for an Environmental Engineer (New Graduate) to join our Cimsa Cementos Espana Team!

As Environmental Engineer (New Graduate) at Cimsa Cementos Espana you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and management of atmospheric emissions,
• Monitoring of waste produced in the factory,
• Monitoring consumption of natural resources (especially water) and fuels,
• Ensuring control of incoming fuels to the facility,
• Greenhouse gases monitoring of the installation,
• Managing ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems,
• Monitoring of indicators, control of environmental aspects, etc.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering,
• New graduate or maximum 2 year of professional work experience,
• Knowledge of management systems management, especially ISO 14001 and ISO 50001,
• Knowledge of waste and fuel management,
• Be used to reading and interpreting legal texts,
• Advanced office automation and SAP experience,
• Knowledge in laboratory equipment for fuel characterisation (calorimetric pump, elemental analysis, ion chromatography, thermogravimetric analysis, etc),
• High energy levels and self-motivation,
• Teamwork with a self-starter mentality,
• Reliability and sense of responsibility,
• Good communication skills,
• Very good level of English and Spanish,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Candidates should already possess valid residence and work permits for employment within the country.
