We are looking for a CAC Technical Sales Executive to join Çimsa Cement Germany Team!

As CAC Technical Sales Executive at Çimsa you will be responsible for:

  • Informing existing and new customers about products and applications,
  • Carrying out technical customer visits to increase sales of Çimsa products such as calcium aluminate cement and calcium aluminate flux,
  • Identifying customers’ needs and strategically converting them into sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth,
  • Researching new trends in the market and regularly monitoring changes in the market,
  • Examination of good practice examples worldwide in line with customer demands,
  • Carrying out joint projects with customers within the scope of customer technical support activities, developing joint solutions for the special needs of customer,
  • Supporting product launch and retention activities in the process of creating new branded products,
  • Development of new applications for domestic and international customers in coordination with the R&D department,
  • Providing analytical support to customers regarding raw materials and products,
  • Conducting competitor and market analyses in the light of market research, preparing product portfolio reports.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales related positions,
  • Having experience in building materials sector and Cement Technical,
  • Mastery in cement analysis methods; including Rietveld Refinement,
  • Native level of English is a must,
  • Sovereign negotiating style and negotiating skills,
  • Good communication skills and ability to express yourself,
  • Project management experience ,
  • Customer focused and results driven with strong analytical skills,
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
  • Residency and work permits in Germany are mandatory,
  • No obstacle of travelling.
