We are looking for a CAC Sales Executive to join our Çimsa Americas Team!

As CAC Sales Executive at Çimsa Americas you will be responsible for:

  • Providing the necessary resources to reach the sales targets in the region and overcoming the obstacles to reach the target,
  • Adapting investment plans by focusing on the long-term performance and sustainability of marketing and sales activities in Speciality Cement Types, primarily calcium aluminate cement,
  • Closely monitoring competitive activities in the field and developing appropriate strategies for these activities,
  • Keeping market information up to date by constantly improving relations with customers, conducting new market research in the region,
  • Communicating changes to relevant units by following applicable legislations is a crucial responsibility,
  • Analysing sales reports on a daily basis,
  • Reporting sales results to the manager on a weekly basis,
  • Selling company products by reaching potential customers,
  • Searching and maintaining contact with international-related sector exhibitions is an ongoing responsibility,
  • Following up on and completing all documentary and operational work for clients,
  • Being in constant communication with the Marketing and Sales Department and carrying out the necessary activities for collection.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales related positions,
  • Having experience in building materials sector,
  • Native level of English is a must,
  • Sovereign negotiating style and negotiating skills,
  • Good communication skills and ability to express yourself,
  • Experienced in Problem Solving and Crisis and Risk Management,
  • Project management experience in implementing new strategies,
  • Knowledge of Cost Management and Efficiency,
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting,
  • Residency and work permits in USA are mandatory.
  • No obstacle of travelling
